Shielding surfaces (24,25) are located on ring periphery with a gap in the ring. The gap in the shielding surfaces (25) neighboring to each other defines primary (8) and secondary coil (9). A symmetry deviation angle (W) of the converter provides that interference currents of the converter are compensated.
