Core manufacture for use in production of specially shaped hoses by use of a flexible profile which is cut to length, shaped, stabilized and then hardened to produce a master core

A continuous master core(1) is initially produced as a flexible profile(2) with an outer diameter corresponding to the internal diameter of the hose to be produced. After cutting to a required length a section is placed between two connections on an engine and hardened in the required shape. The core is then used to produce a negative mold in which working cores are cast for hose production. An Independent claim is made for a master core(1) produced from a profile(2) made from a flexible curable material.
