<p>A method for manufacturing a nozzle base of an ink jet recorder. The method comprises the step of forming a coating film over one side of a nozzle base having an ink jetting nozzle hole, the step of fluidizing the coating film over the nozzle base, the step of protruding a part of the coating film toward the other side of the nozzle base by a pressure difference through the nozzle hole formed in the nozzle base, and the step of subjecting the other side to a water-repelling treatment by using the part of the coating film protruded from the nozzle hole as a mask.</p> |
