A compressed air storage method for subsequent utilization of the stored energy e.g. following conversion into electrical energy. The air compressed by a compressor at the wind-power plant is preferably stored in a container having several parallel, joined containers or compartments in the container. According to demand, such as at peak demand periods, the stored energy is recovered as electrical energy via a generator driven by a wind turbine. |
