Two telescoping posts (11) are so removed from the remaining posts (10) that a ground gradient up to100% can be compensated right over the length of the tent. The roof (3) is domed in one direction so that roof rainwater can run off to both sides. The doming of the roof should be at right angles to the direction of dip and is obtained by means of flexible or bent struts carrying the roof or canvas. The posts are supplemented by rods to be made up into a tent frame nonreleasably via couplings. Roof (3) or canvas is joined nonreleasably to the frame. Tent wall windows (5) are formed by transparent film, possibly with fitted sight screen.
