A health checking method and a health checking instrument used therefor, wherein a health checking instrument consisting of a set of a plurality of plastic sheets of different colors, color names of respective plastic sheets and a menu plate describing thereon affected portions corresponding to the colors is used to check the conditions of individual portions of a human body by using such a phenomenon that each portion of a human body resonates with the electromagnetic wave of a specific color.
