<p>A light-emitting semiconductor chip comprises a substrate (2) having a pair of electrodes (3, 4), and one electrode (3) includes a pad (3a) on which an LED element (1) is mounted. The LED element (1) is enclosed in an opening (6c), wider outside than inside, defined in a reflector (6) by a wall (6Z) and filled with transparent resin. The wall (6Z) consists of a plurality of inclined reflectors (P, Q) stacked on the substrate (2), and the angle of inclination of each reflector is such that its middle portion reflects light vertically.</p> |
