The invention relates to an anti-friction bearing for longitudinal movements with a limited slide path for guiding a selector shaft (1) with a rectangular cross section. Said bearing comprises an inner part which surrounds the selector shaft (1) and is fixed thereto, an outer sleeve which surrounds the inner part and roller bodies which are configured as balls (12). The balls (12) are guided in a cage (11) which is located between the inner part and the outer sleeve and roll parallel to the longitudinal direction of the selector shaft (1), between the inner part and the bore wall of the outer sleeve. According to the invention, the inner part consists of a ring-shaped running track sleeve (4) and a plastic element (2) which is located therein and which has an open section (3) for receiving the selector shaft (1). A spring-mounted tongue (8) which runs in the longitudinal direction of the selector shaft (1) is arranged on the plastic element. A curved protrusion (9) moulded onto the free end of said tongue locks into a transverse groove (10) of the selector shaft (1).
