The invention concerns a method for making an electronic device comprising at least an integrated circuit chip (10) connected to an antenna (6), characterised in that it comprises the following steps: transferring a chip (10) into an impression (3) provided in a substrate made of insulating material (1); connecting the chip (10) to an antenna (6) by hot lamination of an insulating support-sheet (5) bearing the antenna (6). The inventive method enables to ensure a high quality electrical connection between the chip and the antenna, and to produce the connection of a chip matrix with a plurality of antennae in a large-size circuit in one single step.
