A time schedule or program display control device controls a time schedule table layout as based on the time schedule quantity of each display unit. The display of the time schedule is controlled in accordance with the time schedule table of the layout and relevant position within the time schedule table. The time schedule table can include lines and columns and the time schedule quantity is the display content quantity of the time schedule in each line or column with the largest display of entries. Control is based on a layout control device which forms a layout of a time schedule table based on time schedule quantity of a number of display nits, and a display control device for controlling the time schedule table display according to the layout.
