Door handle switch assembly allows light pressure on handle to operate motor which opens or closes door

The operating handle (1) is fixed to a tensioning tube (4). The tube is set into two blocks (2, 3). Mounted on the blocks are microswitches (6, 7). The microswitches operate a motor which opens or closes the door. Light pressure in either direction is sufficient to operate the microswitches.
