Composition and process for forming a relief make-up on keratinic materials

The composition comprises a film-forming polymer and coloring matter with two-face insoluble fragments of colored polymeric film. A cosmetic make-up composition comprises, in cosmetically acceptable medium (organic solvent or water), a film-forming polymer P and a coloring matter C, the latter containing at least one fragment of colored polymer film F with two plane faces, having a thickness 40-200 (preferably 90-110) microns, greatest dimension 0.1-4 (preferably 0.1-1) mm, brilliance up to 15, preferably 3-10, and being insoluble in composition medium. Fragment F amounts to 0.5-30 (preferably 3-20) wt.%, and polymer P to 1-70 (preferably 10-40) wt.% per total wt. of composition. Composition may also contain additional coloring matter C1 different from that of colored film fragment F and selected from pulverized coloring matters with particles size up to 70 microns, and at least one additive A selected from film-formation auxiliary agents, thickeners, wetting agents, dispersing and anti-foaming agents, preservatives, UV filters, active agents, surfactants, hydrating agents, perfumes, neutralizers, stabilizers and antioxidants. Independent claims are also included for (1) make-up procedure comprising application of at least one layer of composition as claimed, preferably application of first layer of composition containing first film forming polymer P1, followed by application (onto at least part of first layer) of a second layer of composition comprising at least one second film-forming polymer P2 and at least one coloring matter C comprising fragment F as claimed above, which is not present in first layer; both compositions having film-forming polymers content as given above for P and containing at least one C1 as described above, with second composition preferably comprising translucent medium; (2) make-up kit comprising first and second composition as described above (each containing organic solvent or water as medium; first and/or second composition preferably containing at least one additive A as described above, and having form of nail varnish, blusher, eye-shadow, foundation, lipstick or body make-up), and means of application of both compositions; and (3) make-up support capable of receiving make-up according to (1) or having form of false nails or hair.
