SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the novel 1,4-benzodiazepine-1,1-dioxides of the formula (II) where R1, R2 mean direct chain C1-6-alkyl groups; R4 means unsubstituted phenyl; R5, R8 mean hydrogen atom; R6 means methoxy-group or bromine atom; R7a means methoxy-, hydroxy- or trifluoromethyl-group; R9, R10 means hydrogen atom, and to salts, solvates or physiologically functional derivatives, and to method of their synthesis also. Except for, invention describes pharmaceutical composition based on indicated compounds that decreases blood lipid level and method of treatment of mammal clinical state. Invention can be used in medicine, in part, for prophylaxis and treatment of patients with hyperlipidemic states as atherosclerosis.
