PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the thickness difference of the inner side part and outer side part of an insole of a shoe used for club-foot correction or the like suitable for respective users. SOLUTION: The outer side part 3 of this insole 1 is constituted of an upper spread material 4 and a lower spread material 5 respectively continued to the inner side part 2 and a spacer 6 held between both spread materials 4 and 5 and the thickness of the outer side part 3 is changed by increasing and decreasing the spacer 6 and exchanging it with the spacer of different thickness. Thus, the thickness difference of the inner side part and the outer side part is made suitable to the user and an club-foot correction effect and a golf swing correction effect are realised to the maximum.
