PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a cream drink containing a substance exhibiting physiological function to human body and having stable physical properties by making the cream include a specific functional substance. SOLUTION: The objective cream contains a functional substance selected from among carbohydrates, dietary fibers and polyphenols or a mixture of two or more kinds of the functional substances. Preferably the content of the functional substance or its mixture is 0.01-7.5 wt.%, the content of the carbohydrate is 0.4-4.0 wt.%, the content of the dietary fiber is 0.5-5.0 wt.% and the content of the polyphenol is 0.01-0.02 wt.%.
