<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent dust carried in with outside air from laying in the casing of a door lock device of an automobile door to prevent erroneous rotary motion resulting from dust stuck to a pole fixing a striker. SOLUTION: In a door lock device provided with a casing 11, a pole 12 rotatably supported in the casing 11, and a latch 13, a vent hole 11f is formed on the side wall constituting an insertion hole 11b of a striker of the casing 11 and a vent passage turning around the pole 12 and the latch 13 is formed in the casing 11 to emit the outside air flowing in the casing 11 through the vent passage to prevent dust from laying on the pole 12.</p> |
