<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a dispersion composition generating electron charge on the surface and excellent in disperse stability by dispersing a granular substance into an organic solvent by using a polymer compound having acidic group and adding the dispersion to the organic solvent in which a basic group- containing polymer compound is dissolved. SOLUTION: A granular substance such as inorganic pigment having >=15 mV absolute value ofζelectric potential is dispersed into an organic solvent (preferably having >=109Ω.cm electrical resistivity) such as an aprotic organic solvent by using preferably 10-300 pts.wt. (based on 100 pts.wt. granular substance) polymer compound having an acidic group, e.g. acrylic or polyester-based polymer compound, having 1,000-5,000 number-average molecular weight and 10-200 KOH mg/g acid value and the resultant dispersion is added to an organic solvent in which preferably 10-300 pts.wt. polymer compound having a basic group, having 1,000-50,000 number-average molecular weight and 10-200 KOH mg/g amine value is dissolved or dispersed or an organic solvent in which a polymer compound having a basic group is dissolved or dispersed is added to the dispersion.</p> |
