PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a crack or a release on a connecting interface in a cooling step or in a machining step after the cooling step by integrally forming an end member of a cylinder made of a corrosion resistant alloy with an end of a cylinder body member by diffusion bonding, and forming a corrosion resistant and wear resistant alloy layer on an inner periphery of the body member. SOLUTION: The cylinder 1 has cylinder end members 3 connected to both upper and lower ends of a cylinder body member 2, and forms a corrosion resistant and wear resistant alloy layer 4 on an inner periphery brought into direct contact with a resin when molded. A corrosion of the inner periphery with gas generated from a synthetic resin, rubber or the like formed in the cylinder is prevented by the layer 4, and a wear of the inner periphery by a high hardness filler mixed with the resin or the rubber or a molding screw is suppressed. A special corrosion resistance is not required for the member 2, and a material having similar coefficient to that of the layer 4 is selected to prevent release of a connecting part due to a difference of the coefficient from that of the member 2. Thus, a corrosion or a wear of the inner periphery of the cylinder 1, or a release of the layer 4 due to a difference of the coefficient of the member 2 can be prevented. |
