PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure satisfactory riding comfortableness by increasing the thickness of a seat cushion by forming a recessed part under the seat cushion, and providing a cushion member so as to make contact with the reverse side of the seat cushion. SOLUTION: A floor panel has a recessed part 17 formed in the arrangement area of a rear seat 10 in a second stepped surface part 4. The recessed part 17 is provided in two positions on both sides of a vehicle, and the two recessed parts 17 are formed by denting both lateral sides of the floor panel downward on the basis of the lateral center 1a of the floor panel. A cushion material 18 is filled in the two recessed parts 17 and also laid on the lateral center of the floor panel extending between both the recessed parts 17, and the upper surface of the cushion material 18 is laid in the flat state in the arrangement area of the rear seat 10.
