PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily take out a liquid of a high viscosity to the outside by fixing a discharging utensil main body to a can discharging port by placing the discharging utensil main body to the discharging port of the can and clamping by a clamping ring, and performing the opening/closing operation of a plug by a lever while laying the can sideways. SOLUTION: A main body 1 is mounted on the discharging port 13 of a five gallon can 17, and when a clamping ring 2 is turned clockwise, a packing is compressed, and the main body 1 is fixed. Then, the five gallon can 17 to which the discharging utensil main body 1 is fixed, is placed under a horizontally laid state. The section to discharge a liquid of the discharging utensil is placed under a hermetically sealed state in such a manner that a plug receiver 4 of an elastic body having corrosion-resistance and wear-resistance, is fixed with the main body 1 and a plug receiver holder 3, and a plug 5 is inserted in the plug receiver 4. The plug 5 and a lever 8 are connected, and fixed by a stopper 11. In this case, when the stopper 11 is released by loosening a screw 12, the plug 5 can be placed under an opened state with a shaft 7 as the fulcrum as shown in a plug opening imaginary figure 14. |
