摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roll alignment adjusting device that there is not wear, deformation, or the like in the axial direction over a long period and there is no play in the axial direction of a roll unit and the axial force is supported freely rotatably. SOLUTION: This device consists of a bearing holder 63 for connecting an adjusting screw 40 to one end of an intermediate shaft 50 freely rotatably through thrust bearings 61, 62 and alignment type coupling 70 for connecting the other end of the intermediate shaft 50 to a roll shaft. The bearing holder 63 consists of the main body 64 of the holder which a 1st thrust bearing 61 and 2nd thrust bearing 62 which are attached apart in the axial direction are housed at one end of the intermediate shaft 50 and which is connected to the end part of an adjusting screw 40 and a retainer 65 which is screwed into the main body 64 of the holder from the side of the intermediate shaft 50.
