摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a cement hardened body at a low cost in an improved yield while suppressing peeling and bursting by incorporating a hydraulic composition consisting of gypsum and a fired body containing ash produced by incinerating municipal garbage and/or ash produced by incinerating sewage sludge and containing a specified amount of C11A7CaCl2 and C2S and/or C3S, a filler material, water and a specified slakable material. SOLUTION: The hydraulic composition contains 10-40 wt.% C11A7CaCl2. Gypsum dihydrate or the like is used as the gypsum in a gypsum to Al2O3 molar ratio of 0.4-3.0 and the mixing ratio of the hydraulic composition is preferably >=30 wt.%. Wood chips, woody fibers or the like may be used as the filler material. Water is added in a water to cement ratio of about 20-150%. The slakable material is calcia, magnesia or calcined dolomite or the like. The total slaking reaction times (ASTM C 110-76a) of the calcia, magnesia and calcined dolomite are <20 min, <10 min and <20 min, respectively.</p>
