<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To securely maintain the coating condition of a metal blade by coating a peripheral part of a flexible tube body made of the synthetic resin such as nylon resin and formed of rugged parts having continuous axial cross sectional shape with a metal blade. SOLUTION: A flexible tube body 2 is wrapped with a metal blade 3 over the whole area of the peripheral part in the loose condition without hindering the flexibility. The flexible tube body 2 is formed with fine projections 6 in the peripheral surface of each projecting part 4 so as to securely maintain the coating condition with the metal blade 3. With this structure that the flexible tube body 2 formed with the fine projections 6 in the peripheral surface of the projecting parts 4 is wrapped with the metal blade 3, frictional resistance between the peripheral part of the flexible tube body 2 and the metal blade 3 becomes large. Consequently, even if the metal blade 3 is loosely wrapped around the flexible tube body 2, displacement thereof due to slip is prevented, and flexibility and coating condition can be securely maintained.</p> |
