PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dwelling house plan capable of optimizing the convenience and comfortability of a Japanese-style room that only dwellers enter. SOLUTION: A Japanese-style room 3 as a guest room is arranged in the vicinity of an entrance 2. A Japanese-style room 6 as a relaxing space of residents is arranged to the south of a living room 4 and a dining kitchen 5 which are connected to an entrance hall 22 through a corridor 11. Sweep-out windows 65, 66, and a medium-height window 69 are provided in the respective walls on the east side, the south side and the west side of the Japanese-style room 6. A terrace 7 and a garden 8 are provided outside the sweep-out window 65 on the east side and outside the sweep-out window 66 on the south side, respectively.
