PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a wall surface structure which is constructed in a simplified manner by manufacturing, in a factory, a central wall panel, right and left wall panels each having a door, and right and left side wall panels which are formed of the same material, and carrying these panels in the construction field to be installed on a wall. SOLUTION: A wall surface structure K is made up of a central wall panel 10, right and left wall panels 20, 30 each with a door and right and left side wall panels 40, 50. The central wall panel 10 and the like are formed by folding a steel sheet into a hollow panel. A pair of upper and lower installing members are arranged on the rear surface at upper and lower ends of the panel 10, whereby insertion portions are formed. The right and left side panels 40, 50 are made symmetrical. The central wall panel 10 is installed on a central portion of an intended installation site, and then the right and left side wall panels 40, 50 are installed. Next, the right and left wall panels 20, 30 each with the door are arranged, and right and left end adjusting members 42, 52 are slid in predetermined directions to eliminate a gap between each member and a building side wall, to thereby disable the members 42, 52 to be slid. Thus, the workability of the wall surface is enhanced, and construction period can be shortened.
