PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joint member which can reduce layout works and can improve construction workability in the field. SOLUTION: The joint members 10, 21, 22 include the first joint members 10 which each are set to a unit dimension M which is the standard of column spacing of a building unit, and the second joint members 21, 22 which each are set to a length H different from the unit dimension M, and they are fabricated in a factory in advance before transportation to the construction field. Therefore, the joint members need not be cut in the construction field unlike before, leading to reduced construction works in the field. Further, laying works of a boundary portion K is completed by using only the first joint members 10 in a maximum integer number and the second joint members 21, 22 for covering a remaining portion of the boundary portion K, irrespective of a size 5M of the building unit.
