PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of parts, and unify the attaching position of instruments mounted on a main frame member to contrive the improvement of productivity by forming the attaching part of a working machine pivoting bracket capable of selectively attaching a plural kind of different working pivoting bracket devices to a main frame member. SOLUTION: Various instruments such as an engine 21 and a hydraulic pump 22 are arranged on an upper frame 20 being a main frame member, and a working machine pivoting bracket attaching part A is set. If a working machine swing bracket device and a working machine boom hoisting bracket are detachably fixed by bolt tightening on the working machine pivoting bracket attaching part A, a rear end vehicular in-width turning mini-shovel can be made a super-small turning mini-shovel at need or it can be reversibly easily remodeled. In other words, since the upper frame 20 can be made common between different machines, the number of parts can be reduced, and since a power source such as an engine 21 mounted on the upper frame 20 and the attaching position of a hydraulic instrument such as a hydraulic pump 22 can be unified, productivity can be improved.
