PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To isolate a floor with a stuck car call button for an elevator from service floors. SOLUTION: A service is provided for users without degrading convenience in use and service for the other floors when a call button for an elevator is stuck by providing an abnormality detection mean detecting an abnormality of a hall call registering button and a mean to isolating a floor where an abnormality of the hall call registering button is detected by the abnormality detection mean.
