PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a wiper from idling in a state where the wiper is connected to an erected arm, in a connecting tool to be used for connecting a snow blade- type wiper to an arm. SOLUTION: This connecting tool is formed by facing and rotationally providing a regulating tool 6 having the front surface taken as a regulating surface and having one side of the side body from which a stopper tongue piece 5 projects and a connector 14 crosses pin insertion holes on both sides of the side surface plates 11 for forming guide walls, and having the curved front surface from which a stopper piece 13 projects inside a holding frame formed into a recessed sectional inverted channel shape. An engaging groove for engaging the stopper tongue piece 5 arranged on the side body of the regulating tool 6 is formed on one side plate of the holding frame. A half arched groove 9 for rotating the stopper piece 13 in a fan shape arranged on the side plate of the connector is provided on one side plate, and the stopper piece 13 is fitted to the half arched groove 9.
