PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothen the operation of moving a slide visor body in and out by guiding the slide visor body into parallel motion in the moving in/out direction relative to a sun visor main body. SOLUTION: A sun visor main body 10 comprises first and second halves 11, 12 coupled to each other. A hollow chamber 18 removably containing a slide visor body 40 is formed between the first and second halves 11, 21. A guide shaft extending in a direction perpendicular to the moving in/out direction of the slide visor body 40 is rotatably disposed in the hollow chamber 18. The required number of adhesive or suction guide rings 35 for guiding the slide visor body 40 into parallel motion in the moving in/out direction is mounted on the guide shaft 33.
