PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To satisfy excellent foamability and surface performance by using a material friendly to an environment by laminating a foamed layer made of a polyolefin resin of a specific values of a melt index and a melt tension and an expansion ratio of twice or above. SOLUTION: The foamed decorative material is obtained by laminating a foamed layer 2 made of an olefin resin having a melt index of about 2 to 20 g/10 min and a melt tension of about 2 to 15 g and having an expansion ratio of twice or above. If the index is about 2 g/10 min or below, its processing suitability becomes difficult so that the expansion ratio is not raised. Since a film itself becomes brittle if the index is about 20 g/10 min or above, its flexibility is degraded. If the tension is about 2 g or below, an elongation when the film itself is manufactured becomes excessively large, so that foaming cells in the layer 2 become unstable or in some cases a foam breakage possibly occurs. If the tension is about 15 g or above, the elongation of the film itself is excessively low so that the expansion ratio is hardly raised.
