SOLUTION: This internal hemorrhoids ligation tool is composed of a ligation part for detaching an O ring 10 mounted to a cylindrical body beforehand and a hood 1 for observation provided on the outer side, a connector 2 to be fixed to an endoscope 13 is attached to the rear end part of the observation hood 1 and an operation lever 7 is provided on the rear end of the ligation part. The ligation part is housed on the inner side of the observation hood at the time of pulling the operation lever 7 backwards and the state of forming a suction space surrounded by the inner hole of the ligation part at the front part of an endoscope tip part is taken at the time of pushing the operation lever 7 forwards. The operation lever is provided with at least one rib.
