PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly determine a cutting position by providing a guide plate of a regular size stopper with a mechanism capable of reversing on a support shaft. SOLUTION: This auxiliary cutting tool is mounted on a high-speed cutter, a regular size stopper is fixed by a positioning knob 4 on an arbitrary position of a slide rail graduated by the measuring of the regular size stopper, a material to be cut is pressed to a guide plate 1, and fastened by a stock vice of the high-speed cutter, then the guide plate 1 is reversed, and the material is cut by switching-on of the cutter. When the reversing of the guide plate 1 is forgotten, the cutting operation is not started even though the cutter is switched on, and a matter to be cut is held between the gudie plate 1 and a cutting grinder, which prevents the scattering of the material. By using the guide plate 1, the dispersion in dimension of the cutted matters can be prevented, which dispenses with the measurement in every cutting, the cutter is switched off by returning a reversing lever 2 after the cutting, and the next measurement can be easily executed. The auxiliary cutting tool can be efficiently used when the material is cut into many pieces of the same dimension, and the cutting size can be easily changed. |
