摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce the subject compound useful for producing medicines, agrochemicals, or the like, in excellent yield and optical purity by carrying out an asymmetric alkylating reaction of an imine compound with an organotin compound. SOLUTION: (A) An imine compound represented by formula I [A1 and A2 are each a (substituted) alkyl, a (substituted) aralkyl, or the like] is reacted with (B) an organotin compound represented by formula II [A3 is a (substituted) alkyl, a (substituted) aryl, or the like, R1 to R3 are each H, an alkyl or an alkoxy] in the presence of (C) a transition metal complex comprising an optically active tertiary phosphine compound represented by formula III [A4 is a (substituted)alkyl, a (substituted) aralkyl, or the like; A5 is a (substituted)alkyl, a (substituted) aralkyl, or the like] as a ligand to produce a compound represented by formula IV (mark * indicates an asymmetric carbon). Furthermore, the transition metal compound of the component C is preferably a rhodium compound and the component B is preferably a trimethylaryltin.
