PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain errors of an actual wiping locus and a desired wiping locus without performing complicated assembling work. SOLUTION: A reference pin 21 temporarily connects a pivot holder 11 and a disc 8 to each other at the positions other than the connecting parts 8a, 14 of the disc 8 and a lever 13 for drive-connecting an output shaft and a pivot shaft 10 to make the pivot shaft 10 and the output shaft coaxial. After assembling, the reference pin 21 is removed in order to make the pivot holder 11 and the disc 8 into the non-connecting state without obstacle in the operation of the disc 8 and the lever 13 and the opening and closing operation of the glass.
