PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carrying device equipped with an information transmitting device capable of accurately transmitting information in a non-contact state between a carrying good loading device and a carrier vehicle in the carrier vehicle carrying the carrying good loading device over the vehicle. SOLUTION: A light receiving unit 5 is mounted to a carrier vehicle 1, and a light emitting unit 6 is also mounted to a position corresponding to that of the light receiving unit 5 for a portal pallet acting as the carrying good loading device. A suspension signal from an emergency suspension switch 3 mounted to the portal pallet 2 and a contact detection bumper switch 4 can be transmitted in a noncontact state by way of the light emitting unit 6 and the light receiving unit 5.
