PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for removing dusts on a plate face which can be installed and has a simple structure without damaging freedom for designing a printing machine and without resulting in upsizing of the printing machine. SOLUTION: A holder 10 being supported freely movably in the rotating shaft direction of a plate cylinder and within a trestle 170, a guide member 40 being supported by means of the holder and whose apex part extends in the plate cylinder direction, a slide bar 20 being supported freely forward and backward in the far and near direction to the plate cylinder by means of the guide member and whose movement in the far and near direction from the outside of the trestle is operable, and a wiper 30 mounted on the apex part of the slide bar 20 are provided and the guide member guides the forwarding and retreating direction of the slide bar in such a way that the wiper takes the first position being brought into contact with the surface of the plate cylinder and the second position being separated from the surface of the plate cylinder and the slide bar has flexibility so as to bend along the guide direction by means of the guide member.
