PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a lever-like supporting body 34, to be provided with a throttle lever 19 at the tip of the body, changeable to a use position and a housing position in a knapsack power spraying machine 10 and to make the use position adjustable. SOLUTION: A recessed side spherical surface 54 of a bowl part 35 of a lever-like supporting body 34 is relatively rotatably engaged with a projected side spherical surface 29 of a dome part 25 fixed to a base part 12. A bolt 47 is passed through the bowl part 35 and the dome part 25 in a displaceable way at a circular central hole 26 or a guide hole 27 of the dome part 25. A cam part 41 and a spherical surface-like washer 55 are fitted to both the ends of the bolt. When an engaging part 42 of a lock lever 36 is fitted to the lever- like supporting body 34 and raised by the lever-like supporting body 34, the gaps of the cam part 41 and the spherical surface-like washer 55 on the bolt 47 are diminished and enlarged, respectively. Consequently the recessed side spherical surface 54 and the projected side spherical surface 29 are mutually pressed and released from pressure and a flange part 24 is fixed to a fitting bracket 22 and made displaceable.
