PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide slippers to be worn to be capable of strengthening abdominal muscles and back muscles at any time and in any place, and insoles to be used therein. SOLUTION: By wearing these slippers, higher at tiptoes 2a, gradually lowered to heels 2b, and flat at heel ends 2c, abdominal muscles and back muscles can be strengthened at any time and in any place. With these slippers, since walking is difficult because of height difference between the tiptoes 2a and the heels 2b, insoles for the slippers, thinner at tiptoes, and gradually becoming thicker to heels, are put into the slippers for facilitating walking.
