PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a heat device important in a garbage disposer independently of the shape of a fermenter at a low cost by utilizing a heat sheet on the market lower in cost as much as possible. SOLUTION: This disposer is provided with a fermenter 4 provided with a feeding port 3 in its upper part, an agitating means 7 for agitating the contents of the fermenter 4, an air passing means 17 for passing air into the fermenter 4, and a heating means 22 for heating the inside of the fermenter 4. The heating means 22 is provided with heat conducting material formed into the area and shape required to be heated and a heating sheet for heating the heat conducting material, and the heating sheet is arranged between the fermenter 4, and the heat conducting material.
