PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low thermal expansion Ni base superalloy having a linear expansion coefficient equal to that of 12Cr steel and also having high temp. strength and corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance similar to those of an austenitic heat resistant alloy. SOLUTION: This superalloy has a compsn. contg., by weight, <=0.15% C, <=1% Si, <=1% Mn, 5 to <10% Cr, one or >= two kinds among Mo, W and Re so as to satisfy Mo+1/2(W+Re): 10 to 25%, one or two kinds among 0.2 to 2% Al, 0.5 to 4.5% Ti, <=10% Fe, <=0.02% B and <=0.2% Zr, in which the atomic % of Al+Ti is controlled to 2.5 to 7.0%, and consisting of the balance Ni with inevitable impurities.
