PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To start to drive a revolving door without use of a starting switch such as a touch switch or the like. SOLUTION: When a pedestrian pushes a door body 4, a revolving door 5 rotates around the rotary shaft 3. Meanwhile, a rotary encorder generating pulses in response to the revolution number of the revolving door 5 is connected to the rotary shaft 3. The output pulses of the rotary encorder are inputted into a CPU. The CPU calculates the revorution number of the revolving door 5 on the basis of the output pulses of the rotary encorder. When the calculated revolution speed reaches a predetermined rotary starting speed, a motor connected to the rotary shaft 3 is started or the revolving door is started. Hence, the revolving door can be started to drive without use of a starting switch such as a touch switch or the like. |
