摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve receptivity transferability and shape stability in a printing blanket by a method wherein three layers or an uppermost surface layer for receiving and transferring ink, an intermediate buffering layer and a lowermost reinforcing layer are provided in an offset printing blanket for transfer-printing an intaglio printing pattern as a original plate on a matter to be printed. SOLUTION: A precision printing blanket suitably used for an intaglio printing, especially for an offset printing is formed by providing three layers or an uppermost surface layer 1 for receiving and transferring ink, an intermediate buffering layer 2 and a lowermost reinforcing layer 3. In this case, the uppermost surface layer 1 is formed so as to have a thickness of 50-500μm, a hardness of more than 40 deg. and less than 70 deg., a surface roughness of 0.3μm or less. The intermediate buffering layer 2 is made of buffering rubber having a thickness of 1,000-3,000μm, a hardness of more than 20 deg. and below 40 deg.. The lowermost reinforcing layer 3 is made of a film or foil having a thickness of less than 500μm. Further, the uppermost surface layer 1 is made of a silicone resin, in which the silicone rubber powder is added and dispersed.
