PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To give excellent shaving quality by vibrating a blade with a piezoelectric actuator of a specific piezoelectric constant, and directly touching skin with this blade. SOLUTION: A case 11 contains a piezoelectric actuator 12 of a piezoelectric constant from -180 to -400×10-12 m/V, and its driving circuit (power source and oscillator) 13. The base end of the piezoelectric actuator 12 is fixed on a fixing part 11A of the case 11, and a blade is attached to the tip of the actuator 12 through a support 14 so as to face outside from an opening 11C provided in the front guide 11B of the case 11. The piezoelectric actuator 12 is composed of, for instance, a bimorph-type piezoelectric element, and piezoelectric bodies are mounted on both sides of a metallic diaphragm. One end of an alternate current power source is connected with the metallic diaphragm, and the other end is connected with both piezoelectric bodies to cause vibration by energization. Preferably, the contact angle of the blade 15 to skin is set in 5-60 deg., and the vibrational direction angle of the blade 15 to skin is set in 15-75 deg. for retarding damage of keratin of skin.
