PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the welding in the fallen state of a welding piece simply when a projection is formed on the insertion port of a pipe. SOLUTION: In this pipe 10, the through hole 15 of a pipe diameter direction is formed on a projection piece 13 arranged along the outer periphery of the insertion port 11 of the pipe 10. This through hole 15 is formed in a taper shape whose diameter becomes smaller as heading for the inside from the outside of the pipe diameter direction. A welding piece 17 whose outer periphery surface 25 is formed in the taper shape so as to contact with this through hole 15 is mounted from the outside of the pipe diameter direction to this through hole 15 and welded to the outer surface of the insertion port 11 of the pipe 10.
