PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decomposition treatment equipment for a hardly-decomposable material, which is capable of enabling recycle supply of a material to be treated to secure a long residence time of the material, efficiently taking out and discharging crystallized matter formed, thereby solving problems with respect to pipeline plugging, enhancing safety of the operation and efficiently being operated without stopping the operation. SOLUTION: This equipment is provided with: a temperature elevation device (heater) 11 for heating a mixed material to be treated which is obtained by mixing a material to be subjected to decomposition treatment from a tank 1 for receiving the material, with a chemical agent for the treatment from a vessel 3 for receiving the chemical agent; a reactor 19 for subjecting the heated material which is passed through the heater 11 and then through a pipeline 16 and a pipeline 18, to reaction while maintaining the temperature of the material; a recycle pump 17 for recycling one portion of the treated material subjected to reaction in the reactor 19, to the reactor 19 through the pipelines 14 and 18; a slurry separator 22 that is connected to the recycle pump 17 through a pipeline 22 and is used for separating crystallized matter from the other portion of the treated material, which is not recycled; a cooler 25 for cooling the resulting treated material transferred from the slurry separator 22 through a pipeline 24; and a treatment vessel 28 for subjecting the cooled treated material that is transferred from the cooler 25 through a pipeline 26 and a pressure regulating valve 27, to gas-liquid separation under the atmospheric pressure.
