PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve friction force of a slide contact surface of a holding member, and maintain holding force of a pivotal attachment part for a long time. SOLUTION: A pair of holding members 2, 3 to hold an earlobe 1 are provided. With a fork-shaped lower end part 2a of one holding member 2, a male- formed lower end part 3a of the other holding member 3 is engaged, and both lower end parts 2a, 3a are pivotally attached to each other by a shaft pin 4 to be tightened. An inner side surface of the lower end part 2a of one holding member 2 and an outer side surface of the lower end part 3a of the other holding member 3 to slide to the inner side surface are covered with thin plates 5 of platinum.
