PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve section discharge accuracy without replacing blades or an impeller by arranging a plurality of blade shafts rotatably supported with the circumferential part of an impeller boss at nearly equal intervals, fitting a plurality of blades to the bade shaft, and rotationally moving the blade shaft to be able to change the angle of the blade. SOLUTION: An impeller device 43 fits impeller bossess 48 to drive shafts 47, 47a rotatably supported between a pair of frames 45, 45a. To the circumferential part of the impeller boss 48, a plurality of blade shafts 49 rotatably supported at nearly equal intervals, and a plurality of blades 51 are fitted to the blade shaft 49 toward the outside. When a regulating shaft 65 is rotationally moved to rotationally move a cam 61, a lever 53 is swung following to change of the radius of the cam 61, the blade shaft 49 is rotationally moved, to change the gap between the blades 51, namely, the angle is changed. In this way, by changing the angles of the respective blades 51 and regulating the gaps between the respective blades 51 to optimum, deviation of carried section is restrained to minimum, and hence section discharge accuracy can be improved.
