PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly respond to the requirement on the site when a letter needs to be immediately unsealed, or a letter is unsealed without using a utensil or the like by attaching a yarn having strength at a folding section at the tip end of the letter, from the internal side in advance. SOLUTION: A letter folding section 1 is formed into a thinly foldable state, in advance. Then, at a location approx. 1 mm lower from a dot line, a yarn 2 having strength is affixed with a glue having a strong adherence or the like. In this case, the yarn 2 of approx. 1 cm is lightly glued by a degree wherein the yarn 2 can be pinched with fingers, along the upper edge of a gluing section 4. Also, a cut of a length of approx. 5 mm is placed at the section of a cut 3. After sealing the gluing section 4, when the letter is unsealed, the yarn 2 having strength is engaged with the section of the cut 3, and the yarn 2 is firmly pulled, and thus, the letter is easily unsealed. In addition, a user can select the using of scissors or a cutter or the like, and therefore, the user can unseal the letter under a relaxed feeling.
