PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simultaneously operate the brake systems of front and rear wheels effectively for a bicycle by providing an automatic balancing function. SOLUTION: In the synchronous balance brake device of a bicycle mainly composed of an interlocking mechanism 10 and an interlocking wire 20 capable of generating the braking operation of a brake by operating the front and rear brake systems of the bicycle upon receiving the traction of the interlocking mechanism, the interlocking mechanism is provided with a driving component, a contact part item 12 is installed in the driving component, and the front and rear brake systems are operated in contact with the interlocking wire by sliding or rolling to generate the braking operation of the brake. Further, first and second guiding part items 31 and 41 are respectively provided in both sides of the interlocking mechanism, and the interlocking wire is guided to hold a linking path with the front and rear brake systems in a fixed manner. Thus, the operation periods of the front and rear brake systems are made coincident with each other.
